Cleaning services
Let-Secure Property Services offers both cleaning and maintenance services. We undertake
same day cleaning and inventory services (both for Check-In and Check-Out).
We understand that it is important to landlords to offer tenants bright and clean properties
for viewing and at Check-In. A well cleaned property is easier to rent out and makes it more
straightforward to agree the Check-In report.
In turn, regular maintenance and cleaning throughout the tenancy reduces the potential for
disputes at the end of the tenancy.
Finally, post letting cleaning can help to bring the property back to the standard as at the
date of Check-In.
In cleaning any property we will provide the following services:
Living Areas (including bedrooms)
- All storage units will be cleaned inside and out
- All furniture to be cleaned with appropriate cleaning materials
- Add door fittings, light switches and plug sockets to be cleaned and if of a metal finish, polished
- Floor to be washed and polished, if carpet, floor to be vacuumed
- Window cills and skirtings to be thoroughly cleaned
Kitchens
- Wash and polish all work surfaces
- Clean inside all cupboards and drawers.
- Remove all old food stuffs, carrier bags etc, and dispose
- Clean sink and taps and remove lime scale and polish where required
- Wall tiles to be degreased, cleaned and polished (mould growth if any removed from between grout)
- Clean oven internally to remove all built up grease as well as clean exterior and polish any external chrome
- Clean and remove grime from extractor
- Clean and defrost refrigerator removing all grime, mildew and food deposits, leave switched on
- Clean dishwasher inside and out (if any)
- Clean exterior of all appliances including kettle, toaster.
- Clean microwave inside and out
- Bins to be cleaned inside and out
- Floor to be washed and polished, if carpet, floor to be vacuumed
Bathrooms and Cloakrooms
- Shower screen de-scaled, cleaned and polished
- Wall tiles degreased, cleaned and polished (mould growth if any removed from between grout)
- Bath, basin, taps, shower and fittings to be cleaned, de-scaled, dried and polished
- Toilet to be de-scaled, and brushed clean, seat to be cleaned
- All soap and shampoo residue to be removed
- Mirrors to be cleaned and polished
- Floor to be washed and polished, if carpet, floor to be vacuumed
Other services
Rubbish removal
- All rubbish will be removed from the property
Light decorating
- We do not undertake decorative work ourselves but can sub-contract and supervise such services
Gardening
- We do not undertake gardening ourselves but can sub-contract and supervise such services
